Maureen & Antoine Late Summer Warm Tones Wedding
(Photos by Elodie Deceuninck) The day Maureen and Antoine got married, started as a full autumnal day. Despite it was the last Saturday of August, it had been raining heavily from the night before and it was quite cool outside. When we arrived at the venue that morning spirits were low, especially the bride’s. We managed to cheer her up, though, promising that rain would stop and sun would come out. And we were lucky! At lunch time, the weather cleared up, and we started getting ready for the afternoon symbolic ceremony. The ceremony was a little bit special; Maureen and Antoine wanted their friends and family participate with readings and talks. It lasted more than an hour and there was a live band playing songs in between speeches and readings. It was very emotional and with amiable moments of sharing. One of the stand-out features of the wedding was the yellow mustard color, that’s bold and chic. We paired it with wild flowers, greenery and foliage, for a vibrant celebration of hope and happiness.
