This service is ideal for couples that have most planned their tuscan wedding but need some help for the last details and want the freedom to enjoy their special day.

This includes:
  email communication and skype calls as needed
  Available for advice, recommendations and miscellaneous tasks leading up to wedding
  Formulate plan of remaining tasks to be completed
  Meeting to assist with remaining details
  Confirmation of and communication with all vendors
  Detailed timelines created and distributed to client, vendors
  Final meeting to go over logistics, final preparations, etc
  Walk through of location(s) to discuss layout and logistics of the wedding

Day Of Wedding
  Oversee set-up of event site(s) according to your wishes
  Set up escort and/or place cards, favors, gift table
  Coordination with professionals throughout day to ensure you have all you've requested and all goes according to the timeline as possible
  On-site management of professionals and guests
  Ensure vendors receive their final payments before the end of the wedding
