This option is ideal for couples that are very busy and are looking for a full planning especially if the couple hasn't any idea where to start and wants someone on their side every step of the way! We begin by getting to know you both, discussing your priorities, vision and ideas, creating your budget and building your dream vendor team.
We keep you on track, coordinate scheduling, manage logistics and answer any questions along the way.
We will manage the entire planning process.

This includes:
  Face to face meeting if you have the chance to visit us in Tuscany or skype call and email communication
  Discussion of needs, vision and requests for your wedding in Tuscany and how best to execute them
  Budget plan creation
  Creation of your planning timeline
  Location search and scouting
  Available for advice, recommendations and referrals throughout planning process
  Research and assist with selection of all vendors
  Contract review for all venues and vendors
  Walk through of location to discuss layout and logistics of your wedding in Tuscany
  Assistance with development of floor plan, seating chart, etc
  Selection, negotiation and coordination of guest accommodations thanks a collaboration with a travel agency (this is an extra cost if needed)
  Creation of welcome bags/wedding favors (if necessary and with an extra cost)
  Confirmation of all vendors and services
  Coordination of transportation
  Creation and distribution of schedules to couple, professionals and service providers

Day Of Wedding
  Oversee set-up of event site(s) according to your wishes
  Set up escort and/or place cards, favors, gift table and anything else that was discussed with couple
  Coordination with vendors throughout day to ensure you have all you've requested and all goes according to the timeline as possible
  On-site management of vendors
  Ensure vendors receive their final payments before the end of the event
